Management - Management Eagle Comtronics Employee Review

Management likes to bully their employees and are supported by the owner. There are no raises or extra benefits anymore and management believes if you don't like it you can leave .There is only about 25-35 people left out of about 400. These people are being run ragged and getting no pat on the back for it. There is no rhyme or reason to layoffs. We were told that senority means nothing . No raises in about 10 years. Owners wife is Human Resources. Only the friends of current people in charge are left, no matter how bad an employee they are. Knowledge and work ethic mean nothing if you don't suck up to the plant manager, who runs the plant and the owner.
