Pros
Family owned and a good place to work when it was busy. You could get done as much as you wanted. The freedom to suggest and make changes.
Cons
The business did not stay up with the times. They had a 30 year old product that is being replaced by digital equipment.They tried to get new products but did not have to ability to make that succeed.
