Positive work environment, team oriented, growing firm, good leadership and direction. Really enjoy the firm and people there.

None to speak of as firm is solid and opportunities for hard workers exist.

Good colleagues within the department. Direct supervisor was respectable with great understanding of big picture concepts and action implementation.

Often bogged down with the day to day details that did not need to be discussed as if it were a teenage gossip party. Also no real support for advancement within the parent company (RJF) and no real advancement opportunities within the department itself. Senior Mgmt of the company is typical old boy network which depended upon who you know and who you brown-nosed versus merit or performance.
