      Pros

      Good colleagues within the department. Direct supervisor was respectable with great understanding of big picture concepts and action implementation.

      Cons

      Often bogged down with the day to day details that did not need to be discussed as if it were a teenage gossip party. Also no real support for advancement within the parent company (RJF) and no real advancement opportunities within the department itself. Senior Mgmt of the company is typical old boy network which depended upon who you know and who you brown-nosed versus merit or performance.

      Pros

      Leinient Scott is a great VP to work under

      Cons

      - Department leadership choices are terrible. - No room for growth - Supervisors run on there own schedule and that allows them to be absent and/or late often. - While Scott is wonderful other supervisors under him make you feel under appreciated. - Some supervisors tell everyone what they want to hear without keeping there word. They seem "sneaky" it's more about them than the employees under them. - Distribution of work load is terrible.
