      Decent work - life balance Generally nice co workers Very flexible in terms of schedule Pretty good at letting top performers work without interference

      Poor salary Lack of direction and leadership Poor planning and communication between departments Not much room for growth Not very good at rewarding performance or punishing incompetence -- very little incentive to improve

      Pros

      fun place to work at when it was privately held company. CEO really cared about staff.

      Cons

      once company was sold to huge conglomerate, the company image really took a hit.
