      Great for a first time welder looking to gain "work experience".

      Cons

      Management and Owners needs to learn management skills,starting pay and top out pay aren't good at all.Bonus and raises aren't given on a regular basis.

      Pros

      Hard workers in operations, accounting, and customer service. Corporate culture for employee parties and events were great.

      Cons

      Very political and open about supporting one particular party. Pushing heavily for marketing with the PBR. Stressing customer service representatives with no clear direction for the future.
