Pros
Great projects, Great people. Back in the early 2000's the firm had amazing projects all over the country with a diversified portfolio of Higher Education, Government, and Historic Preservation projects. EYP did pay competitive salaries and offered an opportunity for advancement.
Cons
Once Tom Birdsey, CEO decided to move the firm from Downtown Albany and focus on mergers and acquisitions, EYP seemed to lose focus. The entire firm culture changed when the company left downtown Albany and moved to the CNSE Office Park near SUNY Albany.
