Pros

In 2017 we had made great strides to rebuild the company and for awhile it was on the upturn. However, that is ALL GONE!

Cons

The company is down to one full-time employee (QA Manager) besides the CEO. He fired them due to lack of revenue or they quit due to working conditions. All the positive changes dissolved when the old president left (probably out of frustration). It is a sweatshop where clients are lied to and contractors are rarely paid on time if at all.

Pros

I've worked with Andy and the team on several projects over the past 10 years. Every one of them with a focus on delivering a quality product and top-tier service. Eyemagine will forever be a staple for me.

Cons

Going 10 years strong. No complaints!

Pros

I started with this company not knowing much about the platform they were using. They put in the time to train me and accelerate my career.

Cons

They don't pay competitive salaries. There's a general attitude to get things done in the quickest way possible. The result is a poor quality product and an unsatisfied client. Opportunities for growth aren't clear. The way projects are managed is a nightmare and leads to lots of stress. They are never scoped correctly. The CEO gets too excited about signing the deal/getting a check and doesn't take the time to consider if the project is actually good for the company. This leads to 2 or 3 times more work needing to be done than originally agreed upon with an already tight deadline. This creates discomfort for the developers, project managers, and the clients. Few clients stick around after the initial work is done. Some cut their losses and leave without anything being completed. There's a mass quitting/firing of employees about once year, 5 - 8 people total, so most of the time the team is made up of new, unfamiliar, inexperienced people. They preach their company values but they don't actually follow them.
