No leadership - Manager EY-Parthenon Employee Review

EYP Canada. No leader. No leadership. Most partners are horrible to work with - some are ok. Pay isn't comparable, and it was the most important issue to workers, but "out of scope" for improvement discussions. Lots of talk about culture, but you CAN'T have good culture when partners routinely force you to eat/ghost hours - the very basics - 101 of consulting. Don't ask your people to ghost hours.
