Pros

This is the first time I have worked in a multinational company with such a strong multicultural element. Although I have been working here for only 5 months, from the very first weeks, I have been impressed by how organized the operations are, the speed at which all actions are executed, the positivity that permeates the team members, and the communication channels. All of these contribute to delivering the highest quality results in the right timeframe. Personally, this environment helped me refine my thinking and focus on what is important, constantly seeking ways to improve. The benefits, culture, flexible processes, and especially the reward/recognition system, combined with the developed well-being project, enhance my satisfaction with my recent choice and motivate me even more. I look forward to experiencing the Company Meet Up 2024 for the first time. Proud to be a member of this organization!

Cons

One challenge I've encountered is the occasional sense of isolation I face due to remote work. That's why I strive to utilize physical workspaces whenever possible

Pros

EXUS is the most employee-friendly and recognition-centric company I have ever worked for. From the CEO on down, everyone aligns with the company values that drive day-to-day work and motivate success. Everyone is helpful, supportive and eager to see colleagues do well, something that one does not always find, particularly in remote-first environments. It's easy to see why EXUS was voted best workplace in the UK last year because the management truly strive for it to be.

Cons

The interview process was quite lengthy, but considering the caliber of colleagues here, it seems part of a thoughtful process to build the best team possible.
