      - Amazing industry to work in with incredible athletes and brands - Great marketing team, but sadly weighed down by poor senior management

      Cons

      - Poor senior management - Bonuses never paid despite being agreed and signed off - False representation around team size when joining - Lack of employee support - Small and overworked team

      Pros

      EXTREME has some great employees with a lot of potential and plenty of fresh ideas. Working hours are 9-6 with a relaxed office attitude. The CEO drives the company with his energy and positivity.

      Cons

      Whilst there plenty of good ideas and grand intentions, organisation is lacking. Staff turnover seems unusually high too. There are few who have stuck around longer than a year.

      Pros

      Excellent place, fun atmosphere, our board room table was a table tennis table. Loved being part of the Extreme Brand. Aces

      Cons

      Had work some Saturday's, but that was the only downfall. I don't have anything else to say, just filling up the minimum words needed.
