This is a results and performance driven company. You have more control of your schedule than most jobs allow.
It’s fast paced, high demand environment. Not great for everyone. If you like the action, you are going to love it here.

Personally, I think there are very few if any. However, I have noticed that there are certain personality types that have a harder time here.
