At EXOS|MediFit there is a ton of internal promotion, helpful senior management, benefits, paid time off, everyone that I have interacted with has been helpful and friendly

Site management lacks leadership, you have to be a driven individual and work independently, you need to be willing to have a flexible schedule, promotion might mean moving across the country.
