•Management at the health club were openly prejudice and racist towards members/potential members. •management was overbearing to the extent of dictating what detergent the employees used. If it was cold, we were not allowed to adjust the temperature or wear clothing unrelated to the health club (winter clothing was not provided aside from a light pullover). Management often would use intimidation tactics. •management was lazy and would leave after a full 8 hours (on the dot) while making other employees work overtime, on occasion, for a full month straight. •management was unprofessional and consistently created issues with employees to openly fire them the “HR way.” •While on the topic, HR for EXOS has not addressed any of these issues or the additional issues brought up in a lengthy email and phone call that was scheduled by them. EXOS has not returned any email regarding the status of these issues and whether they have been addressed.
