Pros

The other trainers and immediate supervisors are great.

Cons

Upper management does not take care of their staff. Through the entire Covid-19 pandemic they let members know well before any staff the facilities were closing, as well as let the members know before hand the facilities would be opening. They asked us to come back to work without giving us any information and expect us to be able to survive without our commission pay.

Pros

Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

Cons

For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
