Pros

Great flexibility and worklife balance. Job duties are fun and non-stressful.

Cons

Very disconnected with upper managements and executives. No professional development or room for growth. Raises/merit increases are not based off of performance. Low pay for all that I do to be titled an assistant but manage the entire site. Don’t feel appreciated.

Pros

Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.

Cons

For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
