- Poor leadership, management seems to promote based on personal bias and favoritism. No clear career path, common statement from leadership is 'be patient.'
- HIGH Turnover, within my first year we were losing a coach a month. Keep note that management will not fight to keep you, they will argue that you are 'not loyal' and are 'money hungry'
