In my eyes, there are not any "cons"! I have thoroughly enjoyed working here. Our work "family" is awesome, from the bottom to the top! No "cons" at all!

Love the company culture and values. It’s fun to be apart of an innovative company in the health and fitness industry. 90% of the people I have worked with over the years are great people that really know their stuff.
Cons
For the health and fitness industry the benefits and schedules are great for full-time employees but the pay is sometimes a little low. Pay is sometimes based on the account contract and yearly raises are rare, but small increases do occur to help with the increased cost of living.
