      Pros

      Middle Managers are easy to work with

      Cons

      Terrible employee benefits. No dental. High cost medical with outrageously high deductible. Management tolerates harassment of all kinds. No HR department to hear grievances or monitor employee behavior. Rude, aggressive, hard hat mentality among the field techs. CFO is Mr. Scrooge, cheap and mean.

      Pros

      Firm is a leader in innovation in the field of environmental consulting. Pleasant work environment and coworkers. Company cares about its employees and shows appreciation for its employees. Flexible with work hours and time off. Employee owned with an ESOP.

      Cons

      Company is on the small side, which limits opportunities to move up the ladder; however, motivated professionals do get recognized and promoted over time. The health insurance coverage is very expensive with a high deductible and is really a catastrophic plan that is there for more serious health situations.
