Pros

I have read several reviews on here that are way off base. There are a lot of pros to working at Ewie If you work hard and do the right thing. The ownership of this company treats you like family and preaches family first! Ricky, Joey, Amit and Manoj are all great people always willing to help in any way they can. They work hard and expect you to do the same. They aren’t afraid to dig in and get their hands dirty with you. I can appreciate and respect that on so many levels. The OPS Management team Nitin and Dawn are willing to do the same. Again, it is absolutely appreciated. The employee's at Ewie are a great group of people to work with. It is a great mix of newer employees and tenured (many employees have been here 2-30 years). If you like to hustle and work hard this is a great company to work for. You will learn a lot so you will need to take notes and catch on quickly. If you don’t, you will struggle. Your work ethic and time management are extremely important. - great work/life balance - great coworkers - great management

Cons

- departments shouldn't be so segregated - together everyone achieves more. - lack of training for people who can't catch on quickly - need better pay for top performers

Pros

Ewie is a decent company to work for. All of my direct managers have been wonderful people. There is also a wealth of knowledge available once meet some others within the company. Very stable. I feel that I have strong job security.

Cons

Raises, bonuses, and other compensation are lacking. 2-2.5% yearly raises just don't keep up with inflation. It also feels like they try everything they can to justify not giving you your full potential bonus. Lastly, the PTO scale is misleading. Talking to quite a few people both within, and outside of the company, the handbook makes it seem like you earn a third year of PTO after working here for three years. But as it turns out, you don't get an additional week of PTO until you've started your fifth year of employment. Upper management also offers very little support to site management. My original manager spent months begging for assistance with a uncooperative customer. We were just told to keep trying. Then when the end of the year came our bonuses were punished due to all the issues we tried to get support with.
