Pros
Working at EVSU was very fulfilling, since it is in the education field. Being an instructor also has surprising challenges that kept us developing in our roles but also as human beings.
Cons
Like all government schools and establishments, the system is always working to improve itself under unstable budgets and the limitations of a Third World country.
