Pros
You'll get a lot of experience doing a lot of different projects Other PM's are super supportive You will be exposed to a lot of different technology
Cons
You will carry a significant project load (over 20 most of the time, sometimes into the 30's- yes some are small projects but it's still too much to handle as one person) Systems are heavy with administrative tasks, very little automation in reporting Directives will change weekly based on new initiatives, if you can handle changing direction mid stream this may not be a negative for you.
