Pros

Team leaders and co-workers are lovely

Cons

Big bosses straight up do not care about their employees Not at all flexible (they expect parents during school strikes to use their holiday to look after their children instead of letting them work from home) Not allowed to negotiate a pay rise - the answer is always no, with no explanation whatsoever No choice in start / finish times (or lunchtimes) Literally no benefits or perks (like bonuses, cost of living payments, no health insurance, no outings etc. Big bosses get nice big bonuses though!) Wouldn’t give me a pay rise because I’d been there 7 months and not a year Low pay compared to other freight forwarders for the same job Don’t often allow overtime Will expect you to take on more work for less pay and less members of staff Unfair rules (some teams / bosses can WFH, but other teams can’t, without giving a reason) No talk / prospects about career progression

Pros

Remote working. Going down hill - used to be quite good.

Cons

Yet more job cuts and reorganisation. Been through several iterations of reorganisation and job cuts since 2022. A yearly cull, each one more savage and uncaring than the last - placing people at risk on 23 Dec, placing a colleague at risk, the morning they’ve returned from compassionate leave. People just vanish and they pay the minimum they can get away with. No regard for loyal service or going the extra mile they just, take, take, take. No training. No pay reviews for two years. They have lost a lot of good people and things are now stretched to breaking point. There is no team spirit left and have been kept in the dark about the latest reorganisation since late last year.

Pros

Good colleagues atmosphere to work in.

Cons

Staff need to be more appreciated and recognised for their hardwork. Many staff were overworked. Too much money invested in marketing and branding when it could be better invested in the business.
