Pros

Getting out of this company.

Cons

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They sell you a dream at the interview stage but the managers are incapable and only help if they know you have a big sales coming in as they get commission based on how much you bring in. There’s no work life balance and the “hybrid” working is once you finish your 6 month probation which they extend most of the time and when you finally get it, they threaten with taking it away from you and bring you full time to the office for months if you miss any of your KPIs. They keep firing people right and left and will replace you without any warning. The craziest thing is that they can’t keep their words and they fired one colleague 3 days after going through major health issues and barely recovering. If you’re on good terms with the managers, they’ll treat you differently and give you more “benefits”. If you’re sick you can never work from home so people go in sick all the time.

Pros

EU is an excellent company to be a part of. The staff is ambitious and management is hands-on but not overbearing. The company values promoting from within and many of the staff have been here since day one. The team is full of experienced employees who are eager to share their knowledge and help each other succeed. The office culture is not only one of the most diverse I’ve been apart of, but also fosters a supportive and uplifting environment where colleagues genuinely want to see each other thrive. While there may be some adjustments with the company's growth, they do not hinder one's ability to perform at their best. It is rare to find such a supportive and ambitious team environment.

Pros

Hybrid - work from home Mondays and Fridays, leave early on Fridays Performance incentives Stress-free work environment (you can listen to your own music) Supportive management

Cons

Not really a con, more of a preference, but being antisocial it would be nice if we could have the option to work from home 3 days a week rather than 2. Also because I have a really long commute which takes a lot of time out of my day Rumor has it that the company doesn’t offer any sort of annual raise? I’ve only been with the company for about 6 months so I don’t know if that’s true but I was told by another employee that the only way to make more money is being promoted.
