Pros
Easy work, nice campus, good benefits
Cons
Very little room for advancement. You can work there for 10 years and be making 10k more than when you started. I can only speak to the statistical analysis line (there are a numerous amount of departments that are probably different), but it's a toxic work environment. Very political, coworkers and managers tend to act high schoolish and gossip about other employees. There is quota as to how many of a certain level each test program can have. Therefore, promotions (which are rare) are not work based. However, if you kiss up to the manager they may choose to fight for you. If you don't join in on acting like a high school kid and talk poorly about others, the other employees and managers will eventually talk about you and try to impede your career. It's a very poor environment. Extremely high turnover in this line.
