Pros

Convenient side job for a couple of months a year.

Cons

Too bad zero stars isn't an option, because that is really what they deserve for taking advantage of people. EXTREMELY low pay, and NO RAISES EVER! This company is so ungrateful and greedy that it makes me sick. I have worked faithfully for them for nearly a decade and have not gotten one single raise. I asked for one last year and it was declined, even though I regularly "exceed expectations" according to their own parameters. They didn't even have the decency to give me a reason: they simply said "we cannot give you a raise." Huh? Also last year, however, my state raised their minimum wage, and they HAD to give me a tiny pay increase ONLY because of that. What an insult to someone with a college degree who has stuck by them every year for almost a decade. So that doesn't really count as a raise to me, more like cheapskate ETS being forced by the state to pay THE LITERAL BARE MINIMUM. So shameful, the people running this place should be embarrassed to be paying college grads (required for the job!) LESS THAN McDONALDS pays new hires. What kind of people think that is acceptable? I have a feeling that people in their offices, however, and particularly high-level employees DO get raises. Although knowing this DIRT CHEAP company perhaps they have to beg for them and/or threaten to leave. I bet the C-Suite folks do just fine there though. These types of companies like ETS that exploit their backbone employees who do their most crucial work are disgusting. They seem to be one of those companies who are only a so-called "nonprofit" not to help people, but to avoid paying taxes.
