Pros
Great working environment, coworkers are very helpful and friendly.
Cons
Cheap management, experienced employees are not recognized, horrible turnover which leads to a lot of training of new people and not enough knowledgeable people around. Office is in a rundown building with disgusting facilities. Pay raises are a joke. Experience is hard to explain to prospective employee.
