Pros

The company is performing well financially and hitting its numbers. If you're a strong negotiator, you might be able to secure a decent compensation package at the time of joining. That said, once you're in, meaningful raises are rare unless you're deeply aligned with certain executives. The job market may be tough right now, but joining here may be a decision you regret sooner than later. For prospective candidates: it’s difficult to get a full, honest picture during interviews unless you already have close connections inside the company.

Cons

The consumer executive team is the root cause of the toxic culture. The environment is built around fear, blame, and competition rather than collaboration or support. There is a constant undercurrent of “who should we manage out next,” with conversations often focused on how to justify firing people rather than helping them grow. Management actively seeks negative feedback on employees, and there is little psychological safety. The mindset seems to be: "We can always hire someone better," rather than investing in the people already there. It’s demoralizing and draining. If you value your mental health, a supportive culture, or sustainable career growth, I strongly recommend staying away.
