Have no clue how to evaluate their employees, almost all upper management from pre buyout is gone
HR doesn't meet with employees they function behind a wall of closed office doors, no workplace engagement or incentive to work harder than others
Look at the benefits package because 401k is nonexistent and PTO starts low
