8yThank you for your feedback. We wanted to extend a courtesy response to your misleading remarks, specifically with regard to our software Quality Assurance (QA) program.
In response to your comment regarding the lack of process: ETAP is a Process-Centric Company
ETAP’s QA program, established in 1991, governs the entire life cycle of our product including software development, validation, support, and operations. Our QA program complies with many international standards. That is why most of the nuclear generation plants and mission critical facilities have standardized on ETAP. Without our meticulous processes in place, ETAP would not be able to follow the rigid requirements of our QA program.
In response to your comment on lack of leadership: Strong Leadership & Management
With over 270 full-time employees, 16 ETAP Automation offices and 35 sales/support offices worldwide, ETAP is the most comprehensive, and the largest power system software in the world. Contrary to your statement, ETAP management along with our CEO, have successfully led our company for over thirty years, growing at an unprecedented rate and becoming one of the most respected names in the industry.
