In response to your comment regarding the lack of process: ETAP is a Process-Centric Company ETAP’s QA program, established in 1991, governs the entire life cycle of our product including software development, validation, support, and operations. Our QA program complies with many international standards. That is why most of the nuclear generation plants and mission critical facilities have standardized on ETAP. Without our meticulous processes in place, ETAP would not be able to follow the rigid requirements of our QA program.
