Pros
I joined ETAK in late 2014, they had just overcome a complete restructuring and from what I have been told, and can see was the best thing to happen to this company. The flexibility that this company provides for all its employees, not just management, is unlike I have ever seen. The compensation plan is competitive in all markets as it has been revamped. The value they place on their employees, is again unlike I have ever seen. Development within and training has been revamped and they are giving opportunities to excel internally. The management team is highly skilled in business development, they are skilled craftsmen and women when it comes to knowing their industry and knowing how to excel and bring their employees with them by providing a daily learning experience and broadening their careers to new levels.
Cons
There is some travel required for certain jobs, however nothing out of line as far as industry standard.
