European management uses American employees - Anonymous employee ETAC Employee Review

European employees enjoy benefits, time off, etc that CEO will never allow for Americans. Health Insurance is bottom of the barrel, time off is a joke, job security is at the convenience of corporate in Sweden. I would be very cautious to make commitment to this company. No American that works for the current senior management will ever be taken seriously. There is an absolute bias from corporate in Sweden.
