Stability and recognition is one of the most reason that encouraged me to work for my current employee, in addition to that ,they high salary we got is also good reason for staying this great organization.

Some of the downsides of working at my current employer ETA is a delay in paying salary on time.This actually the only problem that most employee complain for. Management should get this problem resolved as soon as possible.

Open ended, no interference if you know your job well. If you tell what you want, you get what you need.

No back-up support, if you do not know your job. Late payments to suppliers/vendors/sub-contractors kill the project targets. Lack of professional operating systems, data control, etc.
