      Nothing as such.. they will cut your salary even if you have COVID, as you have not completed one year in the company..

      Cons

      No growth, even if you over achieve the targets, your manager shouts at you as if you are their servent. You will be treated worse than a street animal. They have no respect for each other. It's better to stay unemployed rather than working in this firm

      Exposure to large corporate events and industry leaders. Fast-paced environment where you learn event management, marketing, client relations, and operations quickly.

      Cons

      Long working hours, especially around events. High-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
