I'm employed through EST10 as a temp worker, so my review is from the perspective of the recruitment process and being placed. I have only had a positive experience with EST10. I am so so happy! After wanting a change of scene, I thought I would try using a recruitment agency to help me find a job in contemporary society. I'm so grateful for all of their help- especially Claire's! *Their website mentions a two-ring policy, and they did in fact take my call after two rings and were keen to help me get started with the recruitment process. *Claire took the time to interview me, understand my work history and experience and get to know my career goals and personality in order to help find the perfect placement. *Claire offered to help me with my resume and even took the time to meet with me in person and give me some very beneficial tips and advice on how to refine and edit my cv which was very much appreciated. *Claire periodically checks in to make sure that all is well and that I'm still happy with the placement, and even took the time to call me before starting the role, which is so lovely! *I never felt anxious, alone or thrown into the deep end; the agency has been with me through every step of the process and I'm incredibly grateful for all of Claire's support and guidance! *By going to a smaller, more boutique agency, it was the exact experience I hoped for; personalised, genuine and actually helpful and supportive. *I'm glad I waited, because I was offered a placement and it's perfect! I'm delighted with the role they found for me as it suits my skills, interests and the type of work I was hoping to gain experience in. Thank you so much, Claire!!

A con could be that there may be a wait before being potentially offered a role, but that was to be expected and was explained to me by the agency- and is certainly not a reflection on the company itself.
