Good time off but poor training and unclear expectations - Anonymous ESSEC Business School Employee Review

Training is bad, handover of tasks is slow. You get blamed for doing wrong things, when yuou weren't informed beforehand. Even if you follow the procedure, you will be tasked to do your Manager's job. Also, company heavily promotes AI for efficiency. I can tell some job roles will no longer be needed as AI will replace them.
