Nothing at all. It is good.

You’ll gain experience in real world manufacturing and the challenges that come along with it.

No mentorship, no training, no room for advancement, constant cycle of new engineers because they cannot keep good ones. Nepotism and favoritism is prevalent. Culture is toxic and very much sink or swim. Pay raises are not based on performance but are used more for retention. Company is being run with a militaristic approach and expects 60 hour weeks.
