Cons

Extremely deceptive interview process. Senior management sold me on the "we not me", "be real", and "people are our best asset" mantras they have up on the wall. That is not the case- it is a small company that runs on unrealistic deadlines and a culture of fear. I felt more like a cog on a wheel than a contributing member of a great team. No legitimate engineering process- just get everything out the door as fast as you can. Was here for just over a year and consider it to be a time I lost on my career path.
