There are really no cons to working with this company that I have experienced so far.

None. Literally None. I can’t think of anything positive other than the easy work.

If you enjoy being ghosted and disrespected, this job may be for you! The first interview was simple and easy, but the company had no idea what was going on during the second portion of the interview. ESS Staff would purposely schedule the interview at hours where no one was available/working and turn it on you as if it were your own fault. They would have candidates waiting for their interview outside their locked building and provide no explanation as to why they wasted the candidate’s time, effort, and money by ghosting them. This is not a unique situation for this company. I’ve seen others go through the same situation. The entire process was a nightmare and highly unprofessional. The communication between candidates and the staff were like nothing I had ever seen before and was very disappointed in their company. I’d advise to steer clear of ESS Clean if you value your time and diligence as not only a worker, but as an individual!
