Pros

Great Place to Work. Really great software that you will learn a lot from. Always new things being added to the platform and lots of opportunities.

Cons

I find it hard to note many cons. The only thing relates to money not quite as good as I would like.

Pros

Employee-centric in all business matters, great place to learn the craft of GIS, key supplier of software and services to support customers (and non-customers)respond to Covid 19. Private company so not pandering to external shareholders which is brilliant.

Cons

A very flat organisational tree so if you are looking to rise through the ranks there are relatively few opportunities.
