      Very stable company Overall good environment, filled with genuinely nice people A great place to work if you're interested in a brand MBA

      Cons

      It's not challenging enough, every year is basically the same (which can be a good thing too) There's no clear path for career growth Handling marketing in a marketing school is particularly tough -- egos and political shenanigans will hinder your work.

      Cons are that there wasnt many work to do, and you get involved in only one research.
