Cons

The change in company culture since March 2023 is appalling. As all of the decisions are micromanaged and funnelled through one person, who has no one to oversee her, it has become a completely soulless place to work. Senior management have been promoted on the basis of sycophantism rather than achievement or even ability. There is no longer any sense of leadership and valued members of staff are still leaving in their droves. There will be many, many more leaving soon too.

While this is outside the company’s control, it has affected job security. Limited Career Advancement Opportunities: In some departments, there seems to be a lack of clear career progression or opportunities for advancement, which could impact long-term motivation for some employees.
