Pros

- 2.5 leaves per month - Provide a snacks daily at evening - Yearly annual bonus - Flexible timings

Cons

- Company is in a bunglow at the residential area, so no corporate environment, you feel like coming from home and working in home again. Lazy environment at all. - Along with the humans, rats and cockroches are also your colleagues. Dont surprice during the meeting you have to deal with this also. - HRs are busy in taking selfies only, they dont care about employees issues or problems. They are happy in their own lala land. - Seniors are in their own world, they dont know whats happening or whats new technologies in IT - No appreciation for the good work. Sat-Sun working most of the time. - Some seniors are busy in fighting with the employees on Monthly contribution. Yes you have to contribute for each month for birthday celebration, and if you dont, your a criminal for them. This contribution thing is a pride for some of them, and if you hurt their ego, they are ready to insult you in front of all. This contirbution drama is such a childish thing I ever seen in my professional life. - Gym membership reimbursement facility is the big joke I ever seen, only 250 per month can be reimburs, they still think that there are gyms in Pune having 250 per month membership fees.
