      Remote work, challenging work, some great coworkers. Benefits are pretty decent. Your work does help healthcare patients.

      Cons

      no backfilling of workers leaving you to feel overwhelm doing multiple people work. No growth, if you okay with the current position great! but if you're looking to grow, they will just jerk you around. Welcome to the 2% or lower merit increase!

      I had great directors while I was there, who have all sadly left

      Cons

      All the good ones are gone. Layoffs are a regular occurrence. Customer churn is constant. Sad to see what was once an amazing company, circle the drain
