      Remote work flexibility Talented, hardworking colleagues who used to make the culture strong Interesting technical challenges when allowed to focus on the work

      Cons

      What was once a great internal culture has been ruined by leadership decisions. At least 4 rounds of layoffs in the last 4 months, with little transparency. Executives are immersed in the AI bubble, thinking it can replace people. Corporate greed drives decisions - employees are treated as expendable. Morale and trust in leadership are gone.

      I had great directors while I was there, who have all sadly left

      Cons

      All the good ones are gone. Layoffs are a regular occurrence. Customer churn is constant. Sad to see what was once an amazing company, circle the drain
