      Pros

      Ability to schedule own hours, when not told by CEO where to show up some place at a certain time.

      Cons

      There are too many to list, but, to start with the CEO - don't believe a single word he ever says. He is constantly lying about EVERYTHING. Because he controls everything, it allows for a really terrific experience...! Reflecting back on the experience, it Also, they under pay and treat you like an employee rather than what they pay you as - an independent consultant. Stay away.

      Reasonable rates; cordial and experienced colleagues; somewhat flexible hours (based on client's expectations); many opportunities to gain tutoring experience for novice tutors/mentors

      Poor support by management; too few check-ins with remote mentors; very poor communication after on-boarding
