      Lack of proper career development Company is very much Eurocentric <--- Old world Colonial mindset HR is a puppet, there is no real DEI. The company is less merit based and more relationship based Too many VP and above C-Level are clueless and letting the company implode on itself ESL FACEIT Group preys on passion to pay everyone less than market value

      Everyone at the company loves what they do and works really well together.

      It's a job at the end of the day. because its gaming, it is hard to find a balance of work/life.

      A few great colleagues, primarily remote.

      Cons

      Misguided management, no transparency, big culture of “that’s not my job”. Constant layoffs, isolating, takes forever to get things done. I felt like I had to constantly chase to get answers, and the company doesn’t seem too concerned about not being compliant with state laws.
