Or literally coming to project location with food and a smile to help out in emergency operation situations instead of saying "deal with it". -geo-engineering is dedicated to software and tool development with your opinion in mind. -the current team is operating at an extremely high level. The "weakest" team member is an expert.

-short handed right now -currently building a training program, so patience needed -not a con, but a warning, you will have to perform above your pay grade to prove yourself for promotion.

- flex hours - excellent learning curve as company is growing - fairly easy to learn more and move up - can take on more responsibility if the initiative is shown - opportunity to travel - company invests in any training that's necessary without any reservations - friendly and interesting colleagues - good training programs

- a bit of favoritism is excruciatingly apparent - a LOT of gossip and sometimes lack of professionalism-- probably due to workforce being primarily a very young group of 20-35 year olds in their first jobs. - lack of communication between staff and manager. Manager seems to know of your progress through word of mouth rather than direct involvement
