      Summer job and you get experience with kids, great for education majors and those seeking work in education

      Cons

      Management treats you like you're 5, there is SO MUCH paperwork to do everyday. Write down when the kids took a sip of water, what time they had sunscreen, make a log of how much they ate

      fun enviroment, kids are great campers,, pay was not bad

      managers were ok, some over there heads a bit, lack of communication on goals and needs from counselors
