The only pro in working in this company is that my paycheck was paid on time.
Cons
The amount of paper used and discarded for weekly reports is appalling. The amount of detail that goes in documenting a single spill is overwhelming, redundant, and puts too much pressure on the housekeepers. In my experience, I was expected to work over 45 hours without overtime pay, every week until I burned out.
